I bought 2 so they wouldn't fight over it.
My niece and nephew are outdoors every chance they get and very active. I knew they wouldn't share well, so I ordered 2. Of course, this has been such a mild winter they haven't gotten a lot of use, but they were pleased with the sporty look and excited to use them.

customer service never follows up on replacement parts
The steering wheel falls off. Customer service takes my email but never gets back to me. I am returning the product because it is unsafe

Worked great
Had my doubts but it worked great and my kids (5 and 6 yr old) had a blast with it. In places where there wasn't even a steep slope where saucer disc's and cheaply made torpedo sleds wouldnt slide this one did. And on the slightly steeper slopes with a little push watch out it takes off. Overall great investment.

Worked well. Turned when requested.
Due to global warning we had only one minor snow fall in Chicago this year, and that was pretty thin on the ground. Never the less, My son took this sled to a sledding hill which was so overused it was honestly almost like frozen gravel. He definitely gave this sled a run for its money, and the sled held up very well to intensive borderline abusive use by three 8-year-olds. The only negative I would say is that the little side bars came out on the way home. It was annoying to have to click them back in. However the kids loved the turns they could do on the sled, and my son designated it as an excellent present.I was amazed that there were no cracks or bends in the structure. That's some sturdy plastic! Unfortunately probably (definitely)!contributing to the global warming issue above.

Nice children's sled.
Well designed and constructed. Perfect for most children under 10 years of age. Anyone under 42 inches tall would benefit from this ride...

missing pieces
Bought this for a Christmas gift. There were missing parts but a replacement was sent immediately.

Missing parts!
I ordered this for a Christmas present. After opening this, I found that it's missing the front ski to it. I am very frustrated with this. I am also missing the hardware that would be needed to install the ski. I will be sending this back out of frustration, this is a very expensive sled to not be delivered with all the parts to put it together.
