Old fan capacitor is weak, and measured capacity is 3mfd, and fan speed was rotating at low side.

My ac stopped blowing cold air and I youtubed how to diagnostic ac and checked outside ac unit and heard pump trying to kick in but tripped off then bought one then replaced and it worked!! HVAC tech trying to charge me 120 for labour and parts for 50 I cancelled the scheduled appointment. Thank you keep it up the good work.
