Have a difficult time keeping my head up when trying to snow blow or mow the lawn because of a bad accodent a few years ago. This device is a game changer as it keeps my head up without exerting a ton of energy. It's allowing me to mow my lawn which I thought would never happen again. My wife has to help put it on as the straps are too short for me to grab. No discomfort.

The neck helper itself is good and serves its purpose. Please keep in mind that the device is not designed to bear the weight of the head/support it but rather serves as a reminder to keep your head in the right position (thus strengthening the involved muscles).As a 6.1 feet, 235 lbs. male I chose the larger version. Using it, I find that putting it on tightly helps to keep the neck helper in a good position.The hook and loop fastener is usable but appears as if it will not last forever. Unfortunately, the company does not respond here if spare straps are available (must be soft since they touch the skin). The company does not answer direct email inquiries either which is simply bad given the price of the device.The quality of the holder itself is good, apart from the fasteners. 50+ USD is a bit steep for a price though. 39 USD would have been more fitting, I'd say. Probably a lofty markup due to closeness to medical devices. You will get a box with a lot of air in it but he helper is usable without any assembly.

Got this to help my mom keep her head up. This really restricts movement like you've had surgery. She couldn't move her head without moving her entire body. Got our money back.

It works but the product arrived slightly bent. The chin rest and breastplate piece were comfortable to me, but I found the part that goes around the front of the neck to be a little too tight (I measured my neck and ordered according to the sizing instructions).

I wanted to like this product, as I need something to prevent me from jutting my head forward while working intensely on the computer. But it's just not comfortable, nor does it really do much to keep my head in alignment. The chin rest is just a rest, and doesn't have a lip to hold my chin in place, so I either have to place it in front of my chin, which creates a divet in my skin, or I have to rest my chin on top, but then it just slides forward.Plus, the velcro strap doesn't tighten enough to really hold the brace in place since I have to reach my arms behind my head to adjust it, yet I can't adjust it enough to make it tight enough once I release my arms. So the whole thing ends up being uncomfortable and useless.

I purchased to wear during sleep to prevent snoring and it works!!!! This guard prevents my chin from dropping into my chest which causes snoring and cuts off my air way often waking me up several times per night.. Wish I discovered it long ago. Purchased the small even though I was 1/2 " over the small size recommendation and it just fits- not room for gaining weight tho. I was able to sleept comfortably with it on.

I have crainiocervical instability and this did nothing for me. While this supported my neck, it did not hold it up comfortably. It was lightweight which was good, but very uncomfortable against my clavicle and sternum. Too late to return it.

Great product for neck support and improving neck posture. Arrived quickly, the packaging looks professional. Comfortable to use for a couple hours, after that I’d suggest taking a break from using the product until your neck muscles get used to it. Overall would recommend.

Gives adequate support whilst allowing your neck to still be free - if it’s chilly you can wear a polo neck and it’s hidden from view. Very innovative design

ist leider unpassend. Zu kurz die obere Stütze vorne, daher sinkt das Kinn weit ab, zu eng am Hals, daher kaum schlucken möglich, auch Luft holen beim gehen behindert. Schade, es hätte toll werden können, bei Weitwanderungen mit viel Gepäck im Rucksack zur Entlastung der HWS Muskeln und damit Vermeidung von Schmerzen dort. Werde also doch den richtigen stiffneck nehmen müssen.
