I've ordered this a couple times and until now had no issues with it.Today, because my current bottle is near empty, I got my backup bottle out (Ordered Oct. 11, 2024).The bottle is entirely unopened and bottom of the bottle is completely Convex, which tells me the product is fermenting inside.

Amazingly this mushroom grows on the sides of tree bark above the ground and has stripes like Saturn's rings! These capsules have so many potential health benefits. I just got this on Thursday and I'm now looking at the expiration date and it says best before January 23 so that concerns me a little bit because I'm very finicky when it comes to expiration dates. They suggested serving size is for capsules a day which is a lot for me I do not like taking pills but I'm all for trying something out if it's going to give benefits.. they are a normal capsule size to me. Only reason I gave this a war rating of stars is because of the expiration date they don't have a bad taste at all easy to swallow. Comes in a nice size bottle.

All capsules are only filled half-way. First thought it was a few in the bottle until I emptied the bottle and looked through most of them. They can be squished with your fingers and when held up to a bright light were found to only be half filled. Would not reorder.

Hubby and I work a lot and don’t eat the way we would like to. I read up a lot about the power of these ancient mushrooms and their many benefits.I have a sensitive stomach and was a little afraid , the serving size are 4 vegan capsules a day. I took 2 in the morning with breakfast to start.No problem , no bloating , cramps , burps .They don’t have a wired smell or taste . The powder looks uniform .We all know how hard it is to rate supplements because we all react differently.So far I am happy with the quality , I have to trust that the company is honest and the powder is from the most potent part ( fruiting )I will try to up the dosage to the recommended 4 capsules a day , always with or after food .I just wish that the powder could be packed into just 2 capsules., even if that would make the capsules bigger. They are “ normal “ size now and easy to swallow . I am hoping the antiviral benefits of this will strengthen our immune system and keep us healthier.

It is not dual extracted from what I can see. But it is fruiting body, so not grown on grains, and is wild crafted. We haven't had beta glucans for a while so wanted to try this mushroom version. Also good for some other things that ail us. Works well in miso soup with veggies and meat if I empty a couple capsules in there. Can also put it in tea. Not much flavor on it's own when I taste the powder straight. Does do a little bit of bitter on the back of the tongue for a few seconds, but no more bitter than tea and not noticeable in tea or soup to me. AND no fillers or additions.
