Way better than the stick on studs
I bought these after trying to use the stick on version that came with my fia grill over. I couldn't get the stick on buttons to stay in place very well. Here in Iowa, winters are pretty vicious at times. I decided to buy the screw in studs so I wouldn't have to worry about the winter guard flying off while driving down the road.I will say I was a little skeptical about "drilling holes in my factory grill." The holes aren't that big and it's well worth it to secure your winter guard or summer screen in place. I wish I would have used these in the first place.Highly recommend buying these if you live in cold regions or just want overall stability and longevity for your grill guard.

got these for mt dodge ram 1500 grill cover the 3m on cover works well but with these you don't have to worry about losing you grill cover in the car wash took me about 5 minutes to install
