Correct Serial number and Model number.
Initially I threw the old rotor away thinking the new rotor solved the F2 code. The code went away but it made a terrible noise when running. After looking further I found another serial number and model number elsewhere on the dishwasher. Once I found this I was able to order the correct part. Someone must have switched out used parts in the past to fix this dishwasher gibing it two different serial numbers and model umbers based on the frame or the pull out drawer.Fisher Paykel tech support were very patient and helpful to identify part numbers.Amazon took old part back without question. New “correct” part works wonderful.

Perfect fit saved $1,600.
The top drawer (the one that gets the most use) started making a terrible noise. I googled it and the top suspect was the pump. I switched the top and bottom pumps and confirmed that was the issue. This replacement slid right into place and is working perfectly.

Liked the product of motor assembly on the dishwasher, but, believe the impeller could be constructed of a much stronger material to reduce the amount of F2 error code and related costs and loss of use.
