Holds but made skin red
Good for using once in a while but not for everyday. I wore 2 days in a row and got red marks all over my boobs. its comfortable while wearing and stayed on even in the heat but taking off irritated my skin. you also HAVE to stick it to your skin (not tape on tape) or the tape wont stick well and you cant really restick it to move it around. Next time ill probably buy a different brand but its not the worst ive tried

Waste of money
It sticks to itself while you’re trying to position it. It does not however stock well to skin. Not sure how it’s supposed to be supportive unless you used ALOT. Nipple covers are nice I guess.
