This product was so good I bought it twice: once as a gift and later for myself. Roombas are new to India, and Milagrow is an Indian brand, so I didn't have the highest expectations. But the product is well polished. It feels well-made and the app is genuinely really good. The battery life is acceptable (can do two passes on one room or a single pass of hall+one room). Suction power is good, it cleans as well as a human with a broom/vacuum. The app is great, you can drive it yourself, let it run automatically, and you can schedule it to run at 2:30am to wake up to a sparkling clean hall. It does make noise (less than a vacuum...while it's running you can work in the same room, but not sleep). There are still some improvements with can be made (e.g. the rotors do get stuck in shoelaces and it does try to climb into the bathroom or over small ledges where it gets stuck). But just for the convenience factor, this is a 5/5 product. It's also very fun to see the robot running scampering around, gobbling up dirt.

I have used this product for more than a year now. Will give the pros and Cons.Pros : Good for beginning with the robot type cleaner as it is very less cost. The company is Indian and they are the leading market players. There is an user friendly app. They give whatsapp introduction on usage. Quite easy. Easy to replace the brush and Hepa filter. All consumables available online.Cons: Product broke 2 times in warranty and again within 3 months post warranty. We have to send it by courier to Gurugram every time it brakes . The courier cost is NIL in warranty period and 1250 in 2022 - post warranty. It takes 2 days for the company to arrange the courier pickup, 7 days for the courier to reach company , 3 days for service and again 7 days courier back ( from Bangalore) So, 20 days out of use for you.People (employees) change quite often and response is very poor with some exception.Battery charge will last for about 50 mins and can clean a room of 12 * 20 Ft one time. No auto scanning of room. We have to close the door if a room should not be cleaned.

After searching a lot I found a vaccum cleaner which was Made in India by an Indian company. It is a decent vaccum cleaner at this price. Just keep few things in mind though.1. It is just good enough to clean a 1200 sqft House in a single charge (excluding balconies). Mine house is 1700sqft so I have to use it twice after an interval of 4-5 hours2. You will have to make way for it to do its job.3. It is good to pickup dust particles but anything bigger than that can slip away, worse it will pick it up and throw in some other corner.4. It is just able to keep the home clean enough without the need of maid but ultimately you will need maid, so it is not relacement of maid.5. Wet mopping can max clean one 12x14 room at a given time. You will have to wet the mop again.6. It can't detect charger unless it is right in front of it7. It looks and feel sturdy. Full marks for that.8. Bin is quite big. Full marks for that9. It can't remember your house settings. Unlike other variants of MilagrowOverall, I am not entirely happy but satisfied enough with the choice. Better to support local than our neighbours ;-)

Have been using this for 2 months, so I think I am eligible to give review.Let's start from purchasing experience. Saw that it is a Made in India so preferred it over other brands. Also as this was my first encounter with such product, I chose this model as it's on the cheaper side. Purchasing experience was good and before it was delivered I received a WhatsApp introduction message, and engineer let me install it the day it was delivered. I was quite pleased and satisfied.But the good experience ended here. I have following issues with this device1. The battery gets discharged in few hours when I switch off the base unit, even when it is not doing any work. It dies while it is idle.2. On use, it has normal suction. Nothing much.3. The app integration mainly for battery level is flimsy. One minute it shows 90%, in next 2 minutes it shows 20%4. It has its own mind. I have tried the Smart, Spiral or wall follow option. It will keep cleaning the same area, and usually keeps banging itself like a drunkard. The actual sweep on floor doesn't match the graph on app. In short it needs monitoring.E.g. my room is rectangle with a small flower vase in corner. It somehow sweeps as if the room was rhombus in shape.5. Because of the motor brush, usually the long hairs stick and it becomes a tedious job to dislodge the hair.Last point, which somehow is not the product fault. The moving device with it's loud suction noise, does scare my toddler.

Ordered on 19/6/2021, got it delivered on the 20/6/2021 night. I put it on charge on 20/6/21 full night. Next day morning i used it to clean my 1000 sq ft doubke BED room flat. Cleaned almost all area nicely. Also checked the wet mopping by wetting the fibre cloth slightly. Have to pause and again wetting the fibre cloth two time for full area. It is acceptable. I bought the model with remote. Remote also useful to control the unit by hand instead of mobile app. Installed mobile app also. For me i think i can use it to clean once in two or three days. Because it swept clean the floor very fine. Very minute dusts are cleaned very well. Very good co ordination from the company. Got a WhatsApp message from the staff regarding delivery of the item and made arrangement for demo. Within minutes got a WhatsApp video from another staff ( may be the engineer) regarding full details of functioning and removing the dust bin etc. Another video with full explanation of the mobile app downloading and installation. Very good co ordination after purchase. Hope this will continue. Also hope that rhe cleaning robo will give maximum service for the cost paid. Overall very good purchase and very useful and very simple to use. Will give further pros and cons in future. Very Happy and useful purchase.
