Easy to use
Easy to use product and fast to install. I use it for a fan that is placed on the floor so I step on the button to turn on and off the fan. Works perfectly!

I ended up taking it apart and just using the switch as the wire that came with it seemed pretty thin compared to the wire that my lamp already had. It was easy to remove and add to the current lamp wire and works exactly as I expected.

poor quality
i bought this wire in June and it worked fine in the first few months. But now it's gone. It doesn't work and I have to order another one (from some other company). This cord is really BAD QUALITY!

not robust
It did the job but the wire itself is much thinner than any other cord I have in my home- not very robust.also the push pedal is too close to the outlet rather than the lamp it is powering- the idea was to have it closer to the floor lamp to avoid having to go directly to the outlet. ( was hoping for a similar spacing ratio to the original push pedal that broke.)

Needed a remote makeup table light switch
Built a lighted makeup table for the wife and needed a way to remotely turn on and off the light. This little guy was perfect. Just plug it on and it's ready to go. Been installed for a month now and no issues.
