Great Processor
This is the best Intel processor I've ever purchased and would not hesitate to buy another. It goes through my video processing like a champ and temps stay in very stable range never approaching hot.I've multi tasked it and it performs pretty well with that too.

Forget about 13th & 14th CPUs, get this one
I bought the 12900K after a series of problems with my 14700K processor, 3 RMAs with Intel to be exact. After the last RMA for overheating and crashing, I decided that enough was enough and finally settled for this CPU. It was the highest end processor of the 12th generation and is still compatible with my LGA 1700 motherboard. Once I dropped it in, my PC sprang to life and when I opened up HWInfo, it showed 50+ degree Celsius idle. For those of you who are having troubles with overheating and crashing from your 13th and 14th gen processors, you should just return them to Intel and get a refund. You should consider this option.
