I got the grow light model. So at first I thought the pump was too weak on this system. Turns out I had the top bin backwards! So if you're having a problem with the water not circulating look to make sure you have the pump connected to the right port. Hope this helps. For now I'm bumping this to 3 stars. Will update in a few weeks or so.UPDATE 2/28/2023Alright everything's going so far so good...I haven't had an issue with leaking except for the time I put too much water in. If the red straw is sticking out of the top then you have too much.Changing the water can be a project, but as long as you have a plan of how you're going to go about it you should be fine. Once you figure it out, it's just like any other hydroponic system.

At first I thought the product was really good and I would have recommended. The one thing that really bugged me is, adding water is a super pain. Especially once you add the frame pieces, it’s almost impossible to get any sort of water jug in.I then discovered once my plants grew and I needed to move the light up all the way, the cord no longer fits to plug in the pump. It’s own cord is too small for its design and doesn’t reach from the light to the bottom. Completely useless at the full height.Now the whole thing has stopped working completely. Do not buy

Customer service was extremely helpful. The manual was missing some information about setting the light cycle. It was easy enough to figure it out. My tomatoes are about 4 inches tall now. Easy to use. They provide the edited manual, Amazon does too

Typically, I enjoy writing humorous reviews, but this time I will take a more serious approach. As a pig owner, I have been growing my own vegetables to feed my pig during the winter months. However, the cost of purchasing these vegetables can add up quickly. While this product initially seemed like a great solution, I soon realized that the grow media can easily develop mold and the roots have no room to grow. Is it really worth the price? In my opinion, absolutely not. Instead, I recommend investing in a simple setup including a bucket, light, Netpot, and air pump. Not only will this save you money, but you also won't have to worry about mold or algae growth in your grow media, and your roots will have plenty of room to thrive. Overall, I am highly disappointed with this product and would only recommend it for growing small plants like sage. For all other purposes, I would strongly advise against purchasing it.

I was easy to set up and plants grow great indoors with it. Customer service was great when needed to contact them and very helpful

I like the concept and again it does work but from day 1 it started leaking. The manufacturer needs to address the problem which they are aware of or supply another container to collect the leaking water.

I don't like the product the light is not working and I don't have any answer when I contact the company. I need the light.
