People in comments can be rude or just ignorant. This light is GREAT. It did not work out of the box because there is a clear plastic tab on battery so to save its energy. Be patient taking out the little screws and put back the rubber power tab correctly ( its not glued in ). This light is perfect for working in the tire well area as we did. Magnet amazingly strong. All our family members love it and I have ordered more.

I bought this for my husband who does property maintenance. I figured it would be handy. According to him this thing has become his daily flashlight. He has just about stopped using his regular flashlight altogether. I can attest to the durable. I watched him drop it last night, back popped off, batteries went flying, it looked bad. Nope put everything back on and back in business. It is very flexible. It has a magnet on it to hold it in places which is super handy. My husband's only complaint is he wishes it was brighter. He said it is great in small spaces but as he has begun using it for everything he would like another one that's brighter.

Got this primarily to work on my computers. There's a lot of tight spaces when working w/ computers, and even a strong lamp can't get to it because there will always be something else inside the case to cast a shadow on what you need to see.This task light does a very good job of bending and positioning itself so you always get light where you need it. It's also VERY bright. Even on the lowest setting, w/ only 2 LED bulbs on, it's pretty good for work light. The next setting turns 4 on, and the last setting turns all of them on.Note, you cannot control which ones turn on. It starts from the bottom-center when only using 2-bulb mode.Build quality is pretty good. It feels silicon'y, kind of like those silicon kitchen gloves and utensils. When you bend it, it does a pretty good job staying in the general shape you want it to. And yes, the bendiness is definitely useful. It's because instead of having to re-position the entire light, you just grab a corner and bend it where you need it.One minor complaint. There are 2 magnets (also a nice feature), presumably so you can anchor it on metal surfaces. Unfortunately, the actual weight of the product is too much for the installed magnets to handle, so if you're trying to support the whole weight of the light just on the 2 magnets, it tends to slide down. However, they are strong enough that it sticks pretty well on anything that's not at an extreme angle.Love it.

I use this on the back of my power wheelchair so that people in cars can see me better. I had an older one that finally died the newer one has a much more convenient on and off switch and I really like it.

I originally bought this light just because I thought it looked cool, and I still stand by that. Since my purchase I've used it for various reasons. It's greatest feature is the flexibility that it has. You can mold it to work for whatever application you need it for. It has 3 different settings depending on how much light you actually need, and the brightest setting is sufficient enough for most uses. You can hang it on something, since it has the loop on the top. You can also attach it to metal since it is magnetic, and this is also a very nice feature. Basically this light can be used for anything because it is so diverse and I don't think it will disappoint you, unless you just like making bad product reviews.

I bought this as a gift for my neighbor's 16-year-old daughter as she is a now a new driver. We tried it out at night and found the white light to be extremely bright and the red flashing mode ensures other drivers will know where you are if stranded on the side of the road. I suppose if your car's battery is dead and thus hazard lights too, this will extend the amount of time you have if stranded to alert others of your location. All in all, a great safety package to keep in your vehicle!

Ordered the Striker Light through amazon as I had seen it advertised on TV to see how well it works. Since having it I and my wife have used it many times to help light up various house hold needs. Its amazing how easily you can bend it help you light up dark areas like under sinks and it will conform to just about every work situation giving your very bright light to see what your doing. The magnets are very strong and will stick to any metal surface for better lighting uses. Since getting this light I have ordered several more as Christmas gifts to a couple friends and they have reported back to me how much they like and use theirs. Would recommend to any one needing better work lighting. Plan to order another one for my shop.

Is bright. Is handy. Is flexible. It Only made it through one half of a vehicle restoration. When I went to change the batteries. The little cover just snapped and when it did that, there wasn’t any improvisation or trying to repair or finagling, the batteries won’t stay in and the metal conductor tabs fall out as well. No worth the price for that reason, just kind of chintzy.
