Q: How many picks fit in the key chain?

Sorry it took so long - The answer depends on how easy you can get the picks out. The pick pocket will take 7,8 picks punched by the pick-a-palooza using their materials. But the more the picks the greater the effort to get them out. Leather will stretch, so it probably would be easier after many uses. I would recommend only 4 or 5 picks at a time for the easiest access. For regular picks (ie: guitar center mediums, oh probably 10-12). I have 7 pick-a-palooza picks in mine at the moment.

Q: Can you cut thin metal with this?

Q: How thick are the sheets?

The sheets that come with it are about the same thickness as the .70 Dunlop picks that I normally use. So about medium. You can use any piece of flat plastic though.
