This is low quality garbage from China, I had never seen so miserable quality of office files. Complete trash! Throw it away after first try

Too big
These sheet protectors are a bit too large. Put them in a binder and they stick out over the top & bottom of the binder. They should be made about a half inch smaller.

You get what you pay for. I didn't need a high-quality document folder as it was to store documents that I don't usually need more than once or twice per year. This is thinner than even plastic bags.
