Bluetooth Headset Fixer 2 "Unbreakable" Ear Hook Replacement. Compatibility: Samsung HM1900

Once I finally received the product (which weighed less than 3 oz, was sent via USPS, and should have arrived long before the last anticipated date), I found it to be exactly what I had been needing and waiting on, and I am delighted to have it. The cost is virtually nil and, by purchasing it, I don't have to purchase a new Bluetooth. Good deal! The vendors are not so good, though. I supposedly ordered from Elite Inc in Arizona. When I started trying to find out why I had not received the product in the 11 days I had been waiting (2 days longer than the latest ETA), the vendor responded as if they had actually sent the product. Once the product arrived 16 days after it was ordered, 15 days after Elite said it was shipped, and 14 days after it was actually shipped (well after it was due and needed for use on a 600+ mile trip), I found that it was shipped from Sapfire Inc in Brooklyn, NY. First, Elite responded to my query (saying that I desperately needed the product and wondered where it was and how it was sent and when, since it should have arrived, at least, 2 days earlier) by saying, "Hope all is well!" Then, they told me it could not be tracked because packages under 3 oz can't be tracked, but "don't worry the item will arrive shortly. Due to the weather changes, and the holidays the postal is running with some delays." I responded that all was not well and, in Texas, we were not aware of any bad weather in Arizona ... and that I was receiving regular first class mail and packages from delivery services (including UPS & FedEx) daily with no delays -- from all over the US. I conceded that I had had a package from NY delayed when NY and Dallas were both snowed in, but that 2 other packages had arrived from NY with no delay. At the time, I had no idea that NY was involved in this order. Now I know it was ... and wonder where my first-class USPS envelope was for 14 days. The printed letter that came with it looked OK, but the grammar and punctuation were terrible. If I didn't know it came from NY, based on the grammatical errors, I would have thought it came from overseas someplace -- which could have explained a delay! Again, the product is just as represented; however, there were other vendors selling the same thing. I recommend choosing any of them!

I want to say thank you for having what I was looking for and when I saw the part about unbreakable I was sold, butunfortunately the color I viewed was black but when the product arrived then I saw clear so my question is does clearrepresent the new black, I would like to have black if they are available. I want to make one thing positively true so verytrue I love this because I called all over drove to so many stores just for this fine product you save me because I amvery stingy once I buy something I want it to last forever but I know in reality I know things do break that's why I am veryhappy I was introduce to you. thank you store owner have a nice day

It seems to be true that they don't break. However, they pop off too easily. The hook itself needs to be longer to wrap more around the earpiece. If I try to adjust it while on my ear, it separates from the device. I have to start over, preset it, then, very carefully, ease it on my ear. I feel like I have to check it periodically to make sure the device is still there.However, after all of the adjustments, the ear hook hasn't broken so I will have to live with this annoyance. It's better than constantly buy new ear hooks.

My son is autistic and lives on his Xbox 360. Well, last week his earhook broke on his headset and as you can imagine, it was meltdown city. I came on Amazon in search of some, not knowing size or anything. I found these and thought they were well priced and seemed to be very highly recommended. I ordered them on Wednesday and they came today (very speedy delivery). When I opened the package, there were 4 of them, 2 in each size! I was again very happily surprised. Unfortunately, only 2 of the 4 fit but that's okay! He is back to playing his 360 thanks to your product!!!

I hate all things Blue Tooth - because of these vexing ear clips. Yeah - none of us would be here if every single blipping ear clip that came with a BT ear piece didn't break. Since no one lists dimensions for these things - either the head set manufacturers or the places selling these replacements - you just have to buy some and see what happens. At least this group of four comes in two sizes to increase your odds of getting something that fits.BUT: The four I received are clear plastic and look pretty much like... any other breakable ear clip I have already replaced. They sure don't look like that "heavy duty" brown-ish plastic in the Amazon photo. So - unbreakable? Only time will tell. (I'm betting they can and will break.)So ok, the small opening fit my Eurobird and the large opening fit my Auvio (Radio Shack). It fits on firmly so the BT doesn't rotate out of place. Whee. But take a good look at the shape of these things in the photo. Not only are they, overall, on the small side the clip for the BT is placed too low. That means: They are too small to fit my ears comfortably. The BT ear piece keeps getting pulled up, out the the position in my ear where I want the BT ear bud to actually sit. My larger Auvio BT actually fell off my ear once so far. In general, it never feels like the BT is going to stay in place on your ear. Not for me anyway. For people with teeny tiny ears these will be fine, for everyone else they don't fit so good.For what these cost on Amazon for small pieces of molded plastic... words fail me. You should be able to find an assortment of ten of these suckers in various sizes and styles in a Dollar store by now - for a dollar. The next time around I won't be getting these a second time. They are just too small. Better than nothing - but not by much.I'll get back to ya on that whole "unbreakable" thing later. But compared to other offerings on Amazon I don't see the Almighty Unbreakable Miracle Ear Hook with this one. Not impressed.2015/05/05: "WILL-NOT-BREAK!" says the photo. YES-THEY-WILL!And they did. All four of them cracked the way they always do - at the clip that goes onto the BlueTooth. The best I got out of one of them was two months. Then you notice your BT isn't staying on the ear hook. Then you see the cracks.Amazon should make them pull that "WILL-NOT-BREAK!" image because it's plainly deceptive and misleading. These are no better than the type you receive with most BT headsets - flimsy hard plastic that can't help but break.Sure won't be buying them again because the "WILL-NOT-BREAK!" is not true.
