Product is a good idea. My wife bought this for our dog which needs a specific dose. Manufacturer take note: NOWHERE in the product description or bottle label does it say how many milligrams are in each capsule. There should be laws against such deception. Bad product--unhappy customer. BUYER BEWARE!

This works, tackled my stiff joints and aches. Now I am more active.
This stuff really does help. I have found that since I have gotten that little bit older I am not quite as ready to do things that require a lot of movement. This has helped me get back into the gym where I have been able to get back in shape. The benefits to hiking are there too, I can now head off like I did in my teens. Quality Product!
I've been using it for over a month and can tell a difference. I'm almost 45 years old and play volleyball and my shoulder was always felt awful while playing. Now I can play pain free. I think the joint support plus some exercises that I've been doing has been very helpful.
