Interface backing pads are used between any standard hook and loop foam holder and the New Wave sanding discs. Available in soft and hard, soft for finer sanding and better conformation to curves, hard for heavy sanding or sanding up to beads and corners to prevent loosing their sharp definition. Note: Different grits of sandpaper may be kept on multiple backing pads so the sandpaper is not lost or damaged while changing grits.
