Me gusto la planchita aunque tenía mejores expectativas del material que tienen los productos de estas marcas honestamente, para hacer lis envíos no lo empacando en lo absoluto, solo tiraron el paquete desde la entrada y la caja estaba toda aplastada y la plancha al ser de plástico el material se quebró de una esquina.

Muy mal producto!
Tanto la plancha como el secador son malos el secador dejó de tirar aire caliente a los meses y en las planchas no calienta bien nunca deja de calentar! No recomiendo estos productos para nada!

It would not power on
The box came dented, which I wouldn't have minded if it actually worked. I plugged it in and it bever came on. I even tried several different plug-ins to make sure....

Not pink
Not pink more like salmon color, and it’s not a good grip on the hair. Didnt straighten my hair well. I sent it back and purchased a herstyler. The box was really pretty that’s about it
