We have a pleasure to enjoy the Serene steam shower for two months now. 4’ x 4’ x 9’ size of our shower gets full of steam in 5 min. Good water pressure from the rain shower head and the hand hold shower despite the small size is very powerful as well.Easy to keep it clean , modern design fits great our new remodel bathroom.The unit had arrived well packed but with out install instructions which after contacting costumer service and use their help to navigate to the right website I was able to print them out.Reviewing the info several plumbers deny to do the job ( about 11). The install required to break concrete and connect main drain to the flexible pipe from the unit that drains steam sweat . After that main hurdle the rest of the install was straight forward and passed the city inspection. The only an anusance is that the radio doesn’t holds memory of selected station . Great sound from the small speaker .Overall we are happy with the innovative product .
