This is an UPDATE to the review below.It appeared that the roller diameter is a bit larger than the original ones. This means that making the same number of revolutions the rollers feed the page farther than required. This in turn results in disproportionate image acquired by the software - the page is slightly squished along its long side. Not a critical issue but it also adds clearly visible gray artefacts at the bottom of the page, because the device keeps acquiring image from the scanner after the end of page.Minus 1 star for that.* * *Our office scanner developed issues with feeding documents, and while cleaning the rollers I found out that the material they are made of is disintegrating - over time rubber turned into a sticky gooey substance that was no good for the job. I found these roller tires, they were delivered next day. It was a tricky task to disassemble the feeding unit, but with some youtube instructions I did it. I discovered that one roller virtually melted, and I had hard time cleaning the sticky substance from the axle. I had to cut old rollers with the utility knife, clean both axles and installed the new tires. Hint #1: generously use water to slide the tires onto the axles, otherwise it will be almost impossible due to the rubber-on-metal friction, the tires fit VERY tight. I decided to use water instead of lubricant because I was afraid that lubricated tire may slip on the axle sooner or later, and the lubricant will result in paper dust build up around the rollers too. So I dunked the rollers into water before sliding them, and kept the axle wet while working. Hint #2: you will need some tool, preferably something with a good grip and a hole just a bit larger than the axle diameter. Use it to push the tire down the rod, I hardly think a gorilla would be able to do it with bare hands. If you don't have any such tool, use something like an adjustable wrench, but make sure it doesn't slip off the tire while you push - this may damage the rubber! It took me some time and effort to slide all four tires in place, and when I assembled the feeder unit, the scanner worked perfectly well. So take your time, be careful, and everything will be fine.

Solved my problem. My staff figured it out. My staff went on line ,disscribed the problem and YouTube recommended replacing the part. I already did this on 2 machines. Worth checking if you can self repair you scanner.

Replaced one set of rollers that had self-destructed. Takes a while to get an fi-6130 apart, even for the easy-to-reach pair. Had to put these on and move them a bit maybe 5 or 6 times because it's hard to tell where they go on the shaft until you try to put the metal guard back on and they don't line up. Once I had them in exactly the right place on the shaft, they were great!I didn't use the second set--they have different shaft diameters--because those rollers were OK, plus you have to take the entire scanner apart to get to those, something I didn't want to do until it was totally necessary.If you have a scanner that you want to keep going when the rollers fail, this is an excellent purchase. Just plan on spending some time taking apart the machine. Your other choice is to throw it away and buy a new one, but this seems like a better choice.

I purchased this set due to positive reviews from other users and for the quick delivery process. These rollers feel stiffer and less flexible than another set purchased from another Amazon vendor. It took enormous effort to slide these down over the rod tip. Tried pretreating with water, soapy water and rod cleaning to no avail. Returned this set for refund and will repurchase from another vendor that will take 3 weeks for delivery.

These rollers need to be sold with the metal bar that they go on. The replacement process was way too difficult and professional said it needed to be sold with the bar attachment as one piece.
