I used cartridge type razor blades forever, but the cost of them has gotten so high that it's painful to buy a pack of 6. So I decided to try an electric razor. Knowing nothing about e-shavers I admit to purchasing by price and reviews. When I got this one, I was disappointed to note that it is not truly a "wet-dry" shaver but is more of a waterproof shaver. The first time I used it, being a novice, it was miserable. It pulled whiskers and my face and neck burned horribly for hours despite applying soothing creams and whatever else I could find. It was truly miserable! However, I did stick with it, and have discovered that it does work - as long as I shave daily and not give the whiskers a chance to grow much. I also don't need to press as hard against my skin as I first thought, but shave gently and live with a reasonable shave with a slight stubble in those stubborn places. So overall I am happy, but will probably invest in a true wet shaver that I can use with shaving cream or even in the shower.

I was very skeptical about a $40 razor when it arrived I opened it and looked at the razor and the attachment and was really surprised at the quality of this razor the razor look good gave a good shave but I was kind of concerned if it was actually a wet-dry razor it didn't say anything other than run it under water to clean under the heads and dry it and put it back together I think the instructions should be a little bit more clear about the razor being a wet/dry razor, the instructions also say it works best without shaving soap or gel, I like to do both shower and shave in the shower as the hot water is running and my pores on my face are open, the box does say wet/dry but I'm not sure about that wording, will have to try shaving in the shower, it's a good lightweight razor I would recommend this product.

My old electric shaver just broke and I needed to purchase a new shaver. There are so many selections and a wide price range. It was very difficult for me to decide. I debated purchasing a new shaver at Costco, Target but decided to research online and review some ratings on Amazon.I ended up trying the V3368 because of the 4.4 stars from the 455 reviews. There were many shavers with much more reviews and above 1000 reviews but what caught my eyes with this shaver is it's waterproof. There were two requirements for my next shaver: ability to be cordless and under $100. This shaver is water proof which makes cleaning easier and it has accessories which allow you to trim your eyebrow and sides. After receiving it and trying it, I really like it. I especially like the charging icon to let you know if it's fully charged. It's light and pretty compact. Great for trips which I do a lot. I was hoping to be able to shave my hair but I don't think it can get as clean and short as my hair trimmer. But for the price, it's great and I recommend it!

Purchased the shaver, the first non-blade shaver I've bought in many years javing switched to safety blade razors.I wanted something that would clean me up quickly without having to go through the hassle of shaving cream wetting my face and all of that. Found this very convenient to use, recharges easily and most importantly gives me a very close shave. I will say that no shaver shaved quite as close as a blade razor, but this is quite close to one Certainly satisfies my needs. This comes with all the necessary attachments for trimming edging and a brush to clean out the head once enough has accumulated in it. Most importantly this is a third of the cost of some of the higher priced ones that I've seen and used. For my money this shaves as closely or closer than others I have used over the years. It is a great value for the money!

Works well for older adults.

I am glad I purchased this razor. It was priced right, is very light, and works well. It does take ones face a few shaves to get used to it. Ut the more it gets used the better job it does. Didn't give it a full 5 stars as no matter how hard I try it does leaves some hairs behind that I have to use a different razor to clean up but no razor does a perfect job. I'd buy it again
