Used them to hold down 10’x20’ car port. Worked better than I thought. Removal tool worked extremely well.

Strong. The hook at the top of the pin fits into the tent leg hole at the base. Plus the peg hole for the rope is great. No movement at all on my 10x10. Planning to use these on other tents I have. These would not be for sand. No straight peg is good. I found a concave u shape pin for that on Amazon.

Seem to be very sturdy stakes. I haven’t used them yet. The other stakes I have came in a much stronger box. The box these came in was flimsy and falling apart and the stakes were all over in the outer box. Luckily I had ordered two items so there was an outer box. Should use a stronger box so they stay contained during shipping and can be reused for storage in between uses.

Now these are spikes! The ones that came with my canopy were a joke. It is very windy were I live and my canopy stays in place. Great product.

UPDATE: I've seen some people say they didn't hold well. Make sure you put them in at an angle. Straight in will be less likely to hold in extreme situations. We are Still very happy with these. Held down guide lines on tent and awning in 25mph winds during storm with absolutely no movement. impressive enough I'm ordering another set.
