Good recipes but smoothies very high calorie
I bought this book for the soups because I just bought an immersion blender and it has good recipes in it. The smoothies look great too but they are very high calorie so I will only be using a few of them but will try out the variety of soup options, I like the easy format and the color photos.

You will use this book!
Usually I buy books like this and realize that there really is nothing I would actually use. Let's face it with Pinterest and easy access to all kinds of smoothie and soup recipes why buy this book. Well, it's full of easy adaptable recipes and since purchasing I have used this every week to make a different soup for my lunch at work. I make it on Sunday and enjoy all week or freeze an individual portion or two for the next week. Super easy and full of useful information! It is on my kitchen counter for easy access! Since purchasing I have upped my intake of veggies and fruits!

Quick, easy, tasty!
The smoothies are so delicious, although I did put on a little weight with them! The soups are another story-- Thinning and very tasty and soooo easy in the blender! When it is hot in the desert, I LOVE those cold soups. Winter- the hot ones, just a perfect quick meal or snack. Like to always have some sort of soup in the fridge, that instead of high calorie snacks! And sooo much better than canned soup!
