SERIOUSLY SHARP - great value
The sharpest knife I've owned .....almost razor sharp , need to cut slowly and carefully.....fully concentrated , as this is no joke , cuts through meat as it it wasnt there ....So advice extreme caution when using .... Overall great value , nicely weighted , balanced and super sharp out if the box
