Item is a nylon polymer, with the part that the mount clicks into being aluminum. Seems to be of reasonable quality, and includes 3 sets of different sized screws. I had no issues getting it mounted to a Crye Nightcap either. It also includes some 3M foam with a sticky side, I'm assuming to cut and stick a small piece on the tab where the mount goes to ensure a snug connection.It ships, at least to Canada, via DHL. Was held up at the border for a few days but was successfully imported.
