AISEN Carburetor for Generac XT8000E 6433-0 6434-0 420CC 8000 10000 Watt Gas Generator Carb

Needed a new carb for my generatorThis was a perfect fit.

My Generac 8000 series generator is approximately six years old, and at some point I made the mistake of shutting it off without running the carburetor out of fuel (best practice is to shut off the fuel and let the engine die from lack of fuel after a minute or two).This resulted in a gummed up and clogged carburetor when I went to use the generator a year or two later. I disassembled the old carburetor and thoroughly cleaned with carb & choke cleaner, acetone, and even BOILED the carb on the second attempt to no avail. I could not get the engine to run on the old carburetor after multiple disassembles and cleanings.In defeat, I pulled up my web browser and began to seek replacements expecting the worst (replacement carburetors unavailable or only available for hundreds of dollars). To my surprise the AISEN carbs were available for only $29. I read several reviews, and decided to give one a try.It took only minutes to add the choke lever, attach the new fuel filter, hose, and bolt the new carb and gaskets to the generator. THE ENGINE FIRED IMMEDIATELY AND RAN SMOOTHLY, EVEN UNDER LOAD!Great product at a great price!!!

Very satisfied

My shifted from a portable generator to a whole house and I inherited the portable. It had not been run for over a year and the gas had not been drained. Even after draining are replacing with new gas it would not run. Put this carb on and it fired right up. Runs great now.
