Great price for a useful thing
I usually buy all my drill bits in bulk and then store them in a drawer with dividers for each size.Unfortunately due to a leak in my garage I had to just dump the whole lot of about 200 drill bits of various sizes in to one container and put them in storage. I havent been able to get started putting them back yet but in a weird sort of way I'm really looking forward to using this to sort them all out.Have tried it on the few drill bits in my emergency stash and the holes seem accurate.Only negative from me is that the edges are quite sharp as it's probably come "literally" fresh off the press without being run over a linisher. 30 seconds with some 120 grit sorted it out

This is a great little tool to add to your arsenal
I'm always unsure whether I've put the drill bit back into the right slot, I actually tested my drill bits to make sure I had put them back in the right places, I hadn't ! This covers .5 sizes too, so you can easily identify a drill bit by shoving it through the smallest hole it will go through. This is hanging on a piece of string in my garage (along with a pencil sharpener) so it can't be lost and frequently to hand.

Very poor quality and inaccurate
Very poor quality and inaccurate. I would not buy this again even though it is inexpensive. Quite simply, the holes are not accurate, only giving an approximate size. My drill bits did not even fit in some of the appropriate sized holes, so this is only accurate to half a millimetre - so what is the point in this gauge, if it is only accurate to the next size up ?

Cheap and poor
Received promptly but with a few surface scuffs and scratches. The markings are engraved so no chance of them rubbing off but the accuracy is shocking. All but two holes were too small by 0.5mm and needed drilling out. And yes, I checked them with a calliper as well as multiple drill bits.A handy gauge once corrected but it shouldn't need finishing by the end user!

Poor Quality
On opening the package the gauge looked decidedly shabby with scratches all over it. My first impressionwas that it was homemade by an amateur. Which left me doubting it's accuracy. I will have to buy a brand newset of drill bits with the sizes still visible on them to check, hence the 2 star accuracy rating. You get what you pay for and this was very cheap.

It's OK and will help as a quick guide
I bought three - one for each location. Comparing to drills measured with a vernier the holes tend to be on the small size, so if you use it "go-no go" with that knowledge it can be a helpful quick guide when 0.3-0.5mm isn't too important but for useful accuracy a ten quid vernier from Amazon is a better bet.

A handy reference tool to keep handy for gauging and quickly checking the size of the most popular twist drills from 1- 13 mm. saves straining the eyes trying to read the size on the shank !! can hang onthe workshop wall or just go in the toolbox. very useful. good price
