I am in love with these tips! They ARE NOT cheaply made. They are about the size of a shot glass. And so easy to use! You get an email after you receive your tips with links to youtube videos on how to use them. They make beautiful flowers.When I got them, each tip is individually wrapped and the container to store them in is great. Wonderful customer service. Wonderful product.I did order some for my mom and she loves them too. Her and my sister use them daily.I would definitely order from them again!!! ♡

I first saw these tips on pinterest and thought they were really awesome. I did some searching (and youtube watching) and found the russian piping nozzles here. I recieved them very quickly and was very excited to open the box and check them all out. I used some of the nozzles on a birthday cake for my husband. They are awesome. I am not a cake decorator so I don't have the best piping skills but you can create really cool effects with these nozzles. I will be making flowered cupcakes for Easter. I can't wait to use them again. So much fun to be creative. I would definitely reorder from this company again. I received an email from them before my nozzles arrived thanking me for my order and giving me links to various sites and youtube videos on how to use the nozzles. Great customer service.

These tips are enormous! Like seriously huge. The overall set is very nicely put together and there are enough tips to keep you busy for a good while. The couplers take a little bit of aligning to make sure they go on correctly and are made of a softer plastic than what I am use to with the new Wilton couplers. The set comes in a plastic box that fits great and after I took everything out I was able to get it all back in. My only negative for the set is that there is no "manual" that shows what each tip makes... Or how to use the triple divided coupler.... Being a novice at all this, it is nice to have guidance on different uses and even pointers for making things look a certain way.

When I originally ordered this product, the ebook was missing. I notified the seller, with no response and then notified amazon who was also unable to help. About a week ago I received an email from Bentrist that included the book (this was about a month after I had originally notified them). In addition they sent me a surprise gift for all the hassles. I love creating with these tips as well as with my surprise gift. They are very easy to use and create beautiful flowers with much less effort than traditional piping tips. Thank you very much Bentrist.

I have not used tge tips yet but the storage box came broken!!! For the amount of money i paid i expect a working storage container!!! And btw what are the 3 conpartments fir in the box? They serve no real purpose! The cheap broken box was an after thought! Very disappointing! Would not buy again

What an incredible product for the price! So many varieties of tips that it will be exciting trying each one out. Very sturdy tips not flimsy like some you buy. The nice plastic case holds everything in such a small space. Product arrived in perfect condition and the vendor was nice enough to send emails that had video's on how to use the tips. I would gladly buy from this vendor again! Wonderful product, service and price: a definite cake decorators dream set.

Tips are huge. It is a nice set, although tips are not numbered. Contacted seller and asked if there was chart. First time, they acknowledged they were working on one that week. That was in February. Second time I contacted seller asking if chart was finished, he congratulated himself and wife for having baby. No response to chart. That was in march. I wouldn't buy from BENTRIST AGAIN, Poor customer support.

Loved the decorating tips. They are quality made. Well worth the price for the number of tips I received. Delivery was quick. The only thing I did not like was that each kit was suppose to have a decorating book with it and I did not receive a book with either kit. Very disappointed since I gave one kit as a gift.
