I was hesitant to purchase this desk since it has a few negative reviews regarding damages but had been searching for a long time for a vanity/desk with drawers like this one, so I decided to go for it.It shipped in three days and was really well packaged. I waited a couple of days to unbox it because I was dreading having to assemble the drawers—traumatized from years of struggling to assemble IKEA furniture back when I prioritized price above quality.I was pleasantly surprised to find the only assembly needed was attaching the legs to the desk and the drawers were already put together. I was able to completely assemble it in 20 minutes! There is also an additional feature that I didn’t even notice in the about section, a built in power outlet and USB port. It says to consult an electrician, but the instructions were pretty straightforward so I was able to figure it out. I’m pretty handy though, so if this is new to you, I would suggest leaving that part out of the assembly process or hiring an electrician.My only criticism is that there are a few small flaws (paint that can be sanded down a bit), drawer liner peeling a little and the cord for the built in power outlet/USB port is pretty heavy duty/bulky but overall, it is a really nice piece of furniture and well worth the price.

Purchased this desk for my daughter’s room. I’m not considered handy nor an electrician but it took me all of 20 min to assemble this desk including the wiring for the outlet. The outlet is an awesome addition. We did add our own string lights around the mirror for extra lighting and they work great. Drawers are deep and slide easily. Highly recommend this vanity and well worth the price. Very easy to assemble.

There were some plugs in the holes that had to be pushed out prior to the bolts going in. But not hard. The outlet instructions were not in order, so I had to undo and redo several times once I figured out how to interpret the instructions. But works now. The area for hair dryer storage where the outlet is was too shallow (3 1/4 inch) and the door did not close. But I am handy so I cut out a small rectangle in the floor of that compartment to accommodate my hair dryer. Now it's all perfect. The unit itself is simple, sturdy and lovely.

Redoing my daughter's room and looking for a timeless, solid wood vanity in white that could also double as a desk. Well, this was it. It took a little while to get here but when it did, unboxing, set up and finalizing placement was without complication. The drawers don't stick and move easily with the metal slides. She uses the USB and outlet for powering her makeup light and hair tools. I love how everything can be put away entirely in the two drawers or middle compartment. She is tall and the height of the desk is comfortable for her legs and sitting for extended periods of time to work.

Nice desk and easy to put together, unfortunately the mirror was completely shattered upon arrival. It’s too big to send back so I’m just going to painstaking remove all the shards of glass and try to use it.

I searched and searched for a makeup vanity/desk that was perfect for me and this is it! Good price for what I got, and easy assembly. Don't be daunted by having to assemble it yourself--it's very simple--and most things you buy nowadays have to be assembled. I see people mentioned having to hire an electrician to install the plug, but my husband knows just a handful of things about electricity and he did it himself in 10 minutes. I love the fact that the top piece lowers down when I'm done and doubles as a desk. I love the compartments inside the top piece as well. The only thing I wish it had were built in lights and more storage. The drawers are a nice soft close, and all compartments are lined with a great felt-like substance. However, I could use a drawer more on each side. I also had to buy my own strip lights and install those, but other than that, this is a great buy. I love it, and I don't know how I lived this long without it.

Super easy to put together and came pretty fast. Has a lot of storage. Didn’t come in a million pieces like things usually do. Def worth the money!!

I usually do not write comments but I liked the desk so much that I wanted to leave a review this time. It was really easy to assemble and the quality is so much better than what I expected. I loved the USB part, it is so useful. My room is so small so it saved me from buying both vanity and studying desks separately. The size is perfect for doing your make up and studying. I definitely recommend it!:)
