Cute Kids Clock
My 5 year old loves this alarm clock, especially how the lights for the cat's "eyes" appear to be open or closed! I've never been a morning person, as a child & now, almost 40 years later, so as a recently widowed mother to a kindergartner, I was terrified of sleeping through my 10 alarms all the time (which happens more often than it should), resulting in my daughter being tardy for school frequently & myself being reprimanded by her school. She can sleep in until 9am herself, so this alarm is perfect because one of us will always wake up to one of the many alarms going off in our home! I still use her baby monitor as well (mainly for the talk back feature), so I can hear her alarm through it, which helps.I took off one star because it would be nice if there were more options for kid-friendly alarm sounds & ease of turning the alarm off vs just snoozing it. She can only snooze the alarm, then I have to turn it off for her. This is the third alarm I purchased for her (previously one from Amazon, one from Target) & this one is by far the most user friendly. Even after reading the instructions with awful spelling & grammar for the previous Amazon one multiple times, it still was too difficult to simply turn on & off, so I'm glad this one worked out, otherwise I was giving up.

Cutest little bedtime helper!
Lots of customizable settings that are actually super simple to do and instructions are really clear! The nightlight feature can change colors and brightness. My kids love picking a new color each night. You can add timers for pretty much every function: sound, music etc. I like that the light comes on before bed and we can use it to visually see that bedtime is coming and get to bed before the little critter closes her eyes for the night (she blinks once a minute too which is so cute). Works plugged in or for at least 3 full days/nights on battery charge. We’ve been using it for a few weeks and really like it.Three small notes: the wake function lights up yellow a half hour before it’s time to wake then turns to green when it’s ok to get out of bed. Twice my daughter has mistaken the yellow to be green and gotten to, but being so close to wake up it’s not a problem and we’re working on the yellow/green distinction. The sounds on the noise machine are low quality and both music options are lively musicals not really a slow melody, so we don’t use the music. You also have to scroll through all sounds (or set a timer) to get back to quiet, so be mindful of that if your babe is sleeping and the switch through would disrupt them. It would be great if you could somehow set a weekday wake up and weekend wake up time, but this doesn’t track days of the week. It takes seconds to make the change, so it’s just a little dream feature I’d love to see.
