I’m not sure. I would think so. She’s are just attached with some kind of bolts.

Yes they do. I actually returned it and got a bigger one with regret. I couldn’t pull it in sand. I wished I had kept this one. The wheels are larger than I had anticipated. It’s not real easy to close because of the wheels rolling and trying to hang onto it at the same time.
