Good clean tasting smoke.
Pretty affordable relative to other options for smoking chips. They seem to burn clean and add a nice smokey flavor to what I'm smoking. They are quite a bit larger than the smoking chips that came with my Breville smoking gun, but they seem to work just fine.

These are very subtle… Probably not for cocktails just for a food smoker. Hi bought them for cocktails.

Returned 1st due to mold in pecan chips, replacement moldy as well
The first set I ordered, the pecan chips lid seal was loose and there was obvious black mold in the chips, coating the inside of the jar and lid. Returned for replacement and once again the seal on pecan chips was loose and inside of the jar was coated with powdery mildew and you could smell mold in the chips. Not sure why it's only the pecan chips, as everything else was sealed in both orders.
