Disappointing for three reasons: 1. They automatically shut off after 30 minutes (which is a terrible inconvenience if you are resting). 2. The controls are surprisingly difficult to manipulate. 3. They do not generate very much heat. Certainly not enough for my needs.The only upside is they fasten securely and easily.I would not recommend this product.

The wrap is well made and the heat on the different settings is fine. The cold pack that comes with the brace doesn't freeze solid like some of the other cold packs. It's pliable and easy to use. I love this thing. After 9 knee surgeries, anything is a help !!!

It does work, but was too small. I emailed Thermedic and they said they do not make a larger size and don't have any extensions for it.My daughter does not have a large knee, but could not put it on tightly as she had had surgery on it.

I ordered this knee brace to reduce swelling and pain in my knees. The heat range was good, but the attach straps could be longer, and the electrical cord was too short, requiring you to stay close to and electrical outlet and allowed no satellite movement. But, no problem wit return and reimbursement policy.

Tried it twice. Fit was fine and quality seems OK, but does not heat adequately.
