This guy is dead simple to use and sounds great. If it’s not transparent, it’s wry close to it—but mono. You do have to work on your timing/coordination/memory to get perfect loops, but it’s doable. Most loopers are just as challenging in this regard. The Ditto+ is a very similar looper for twice the price, but still worth it for its ability to import loops and thus have perfectly timed loops. This looper claims to be able to do it, but it doesn’t seem to work with my computer. There’s a chance the Ditto+ wouldn’t either but I decided that I really don’t need that functionality anyway. It is possible to just ‘loop’ a backing track on this device. The Ditto+ also has more memory slots, but 9 is enough for me. If you want preprogrammed drums, extended overdubs (the Ditto+ does that) and/or stereo, there are other loopers that will fill the void. A simple, cheap, perfect sounding mono looper with 9 memory slots is what you have here. It has a built in tuner as well if you don’t have perfect pitch or good relative pitch, but I’ve never used it. The fact that it comes with a power supply is very nice. Unbeatable for the price. Right now I just put my backing tracks in just like I was looping. It works really well though it would be nice to drag and drop. I guess I’ll have to read the manual to see if I can get the drag/drop backing tracks to work. I’d say you can’t go wrong with this looper as long as it has every function you are looking for.

This looper is better than I expected. The control takes a little practice, but it does what you want a looper to do. The playback sounds very close to the original input. Overdubbing is easy. Definitely good value for the price.

This is my first ever looper and I'm already in love with it! Im a beginner so i play alone because I've never been in a band. You can only be so creative with the music you make when there's no one else around to play with, with this looper it's like you're in a band feels like more people are playing with you. it records your music and then replays it right back through your own amp so you don't even need any other equipment to record a song. You get 9 different channels to record 9 different songs if you want. 40 minutes of Total recording and up to 10 min on a channel. Plus You get unlimited overdubs to record over your song and it's an amazing feeling when you get to record over your song and make it even better. This looper has brought back the desire to pick up my guitar and rock out again. Extremely easy to learn to use plus YouTube has videos on how to use this exact looper. For the price that this cost and the amount of enjoyment you will get it's a no brainer to buy it. If you know someone that plays guitar this is an awesome gift for them. I guarantee they'll love it. This looper even has the ability to download your songs to the computer and also from the computer back onto the looper. I'm no expert but I've played by myself so much that i basically quit playing for a long time until now, with this looper i actually want to play to better my songs. Anyways this is a must for any guitarist.

I gave this product 4 stars because it's offered with or without the power adapter which I feel should come with it on general principle, isn't the easiest to jump right into, and a bit smaller than you'd expect from a foot pedal. Also has Bluetooth capable switch (sold separately) That said this thing is tiny. I was really surprised at how small it is. But it feels like it's of good quality and weighty in the hand. The switch is good and tactile for lack of a better term. It's nice and clicky. It came in a very nice box and very well packaged. The instructions that came with it aren't the easiest to follow if you're a dummy like me. And the interface isnt the most intuitive. All that aside, I'm very happy with my purchase. After a little fiddling and figuring, it works great and has a ton of features and capabilities for the price. My biggest criticism of this product is while it has unlimited over dub feature, there's no way to switch from one loop to the next seamlessly without said Bluetooth foot switch that's mentioned in the instruction manual. All in all, really cool little pedal and worth the money. Would be great if you were building an effects board as it would save a ton of room. And having a tuner built in is really handy as it's not something I usually have...so for one to just be thrown into such a tiny package is cool. There's a lot more you can do with it....but like I said, the instruction manual isn't the most descriptive; the company could've done more to highlight and explain all of its features.

A pretty decent looper. Not too hard to figure out (tap, double tap, tap and hold the footswitch). Tuner seems to be accurate. Has a USB connection (can't recall off hand the specific type but it's a common one and it includes a cable) so you can upload or download loops from a computer. Audio quality is certainly good enough for practice and putting down musical ideas.I haven't tested it enough to see how the audio quality stands up to several overdubs and using a lot of distortion. As for the cons: The tuner and switching loops requires the use of the small buttons so you can't use your foot (well, maybe barefoot with your toes). You could build a tool or modify a cane to press the buttons, or heaven forbid, reach down and do it by hand. Can be annoying if you like to switch loops a lot. The main con, which will probably be a non-issue for intermediate or better musicians, is there is no count in to start recording or a way to sync your overdubs. May be an issue for people starting to learn. However once you get the hang of it you should have no problems with it.

Ive been learning guitar for about a year now and got this just to play around with and i love it. it is very easy to figure out and set up, and is great if you want to start messing with putting background over your playing. The sound quality it puts out sounds exactly like if I were playing it on my guitar and works well with other pedals too. the fact that it comes with a power supply is also a nice addition. great purchase overall
