Seal Shoe Covers- A Durable, Lightweight and Fashionable Alternative to Rain Boots- Women’s Water Resistant Shoe and Boot Covers- (Blue/Medium)

I clean surgical instruments for a living, and I have been trying to find something to keep my shoes dry during the process. The instruments that cannot be sent through the washer must be hand cleaned, and I use high power air to blow them dry (which ends up soaking through my shoe covers). I really don't want to wear rain boots or duck hunting waders (too heavy), so I decided to try these over my tennis shoes and I got them in blue so they matched our scrubs. These definitely aren't completely water proof, but I am giving them five stars for water resistance. They're easy to get over my shoes, I add one more set of disposable shoe covers on top (to keep blood and anything else that's gross off of them) and the two weeks I've been using them have been great. The zip toggle doesn't make them very tight, so I just knotted the elastic to keep a tighter seal. The photo attached is my coworker wearing them with his PPE (personal protective equipment); many of my coworkers want a pair of their own lol. My shoes still get wet but it is significantly less than before and that's a great start.If I could make any request from the company, I'd love to see a version where the bottom rubber extends up (maybe looking like a cute little pair of flats) and/or have them knee high. I really enjoy the ones I have, though!

I have never written a review, to my knowledge. These shoe covers didn't last one wearing. I wore them to work, taking the bus, and the cover was so floppy, it slipped so that I was walking on the wrap, and it wore a hole right through it. I got wet, and will have to throw them away. I recommend trying another brand if you need real protection from the wet.

I like them. They are a little hard to get on, and I can't get them to store inside the pouch as well as they did when they came. But they work well.

Can be cumbersome to slip on and off; but worth the weight if you don't feel like changing into your rainboots. Also, it contains a few pockets for $$ or any other small necessary items ... really neat invention
