Great Mid-Level PC for PC gaming
Great PC for the money. I mostly play Overwatch 2, Phasmophobia, and some miscellaneous RPGs and PvE games, and this works great. The graphics card is a major plus. Boot time is phenomenal, setup was very easy and convenient. I did have some Windows 11-related problems with download speed until I updated to the newest Windows update. Once I updated my network driver my download speed was capping at around 280 mbps. The PC itself looks really cool, I love the green LEDs at the base of it.I occasionally lag on some games, like Helldivers 2 and DbD, but turning down graphics settings to High instead of Ultra fixes most lag issues. Ditto with any other high-rez games. Is this a top of the line PC? No. Is it a great PC for a $1000 budget? Yes.

Excellent performance, reasonable price
I picked this PC up on sale, but it would have been a good value at full price. If you haven’t yet tried the AMD Ryzen processor family, you should. The processor is fast, stable, and runs at a fairly low temperature. The discrete video processor, while not a top of the line unit, still is clearly better than any on board shared memory arrangement. The 500 GB SSD is quite sufficient for almost all users; I have a lot of software loaded on my PC, and I still have over 50% available disk space. The case is understated and quite attractive. It doesn’t have a window (which I like), and the only bling is the large green light at the front bottom, which sort of flashes with disk activity. Between the front panel and the back panel, there are abundant USB ports, and a good number of them are USB 3.You could spend more and get less PC than this one, which to me is good value.

I'm back with HP!
I haven't owned an HP since the 90's. I enjoy gaming on the pc and have built one as well as owning a couple Cybertrons and decided to try this one out. I could not get it to connect to my monitor with HDMI but before calling HP support I tried the display port connection and haven't looked back. It's not a mini but the tower is surprisingly small and I never hear it. The components somehow fit in it and it looks great inside. I only play GTA online and am able to record quality videos to my youtube channel with this. It's my first SSD pc and this thing from power on to game is incredible. It's ready to go faster than I can type my passcode in each morning. When the time does come for a new pc I will be shopping HP first. One year with it and I couldn't be happier.

Most Stable Gaming PC I have ever owned
I have had this PC for 3 years now and it has not let me down. The RTX 2060 Super still runs any game I want. The AMD Ryzen has also been a great CPU with much better stability that any Intel CPU architecture I have ever owned. Just be sure to uninstall all of the HP bloatware.

It's alright...
The bottom line is that it got the job done. Not the greatest job. Sometimes, you might feel like you've bought a bad PC. Mine will freeze or have glitchy moments from time to time. Overall, just happy that it wasn't a piece of garbage. The point of my purchase here was to get a beginner gaming PC that could perform at a more than decent level. I guess you could say it lived up to that.

Still great purchase after 9 months
Even after 5 hour a day use for the past 9 months, this desktop is still looks and works good as new. It fits exactly what I was looking for - a gaming tower that can run most games and programs well with decent graphics and processor capacity. From my experience, it can run most games on high graphics/processor settings flawlessly. (My claim uses the common settings options, "low, medium, high, or ultra", and assumes the single-monitor resolution is 1080p or below) It is quiet and disperses heat well, even though it is not liquid cooled. If you are looking for a budget, mid-range gaming computer, this is definitely one you should consider.Note that the 2-year HP warranty was already expired on the computer when I got it, not that I have needed it. That is the only negative aspect I have encountered.

Broke in 7 days
I bought this for my son, who has autism, because his 8 year old computer was on its last leg. Set up was a breeze so initially I was really happy. In 7 days, almost to the day, the computer shut off on its own and when we tried to restart it, there was nothing we could do to get a picture on his monitor. It shut itself off several times during our troubleshooting. That’s $1,000 for nothing and now, as a consumer, I have to go through the warranty process. My poor son is beside himself and I’m a very unhappy customer. I’ll never by a HP again, I’ll never by a computer on Amazon and I’ll definitely stay away from the seller. Go to a store to buy a computer, beware of this stuff!

Worth every penny
This computer is compact but a real powerhouse for game play and other video/graphical arts. Surprisingly quiet, the system (and it's Windows 11 Operating system) are easy to start up.One catch though: Use the electrical cord that comes with the new computer. The older ones don't seem to provide enough power to the newer machine. I'm not big on electricity so I don't know what the deal is with the cords. All I know is the new comp wouldn't work with the old cord.Otherwise, it's a great little computer. And worth every penny. I highly recommend.
