MGH Chesterfield Sofas, 83" PU Couch,Tufted 3 Seats Living Furniture, Mid-Century Sofa Couch Daybed for Living Room and Bedroom (Brown-2)

We ordered sofas from Ashley's furniture months ago and we just got tired of waiting to have a place to sit. This filled a need, got here in 2 weeks and is an okay little couch. It arrived in two boxes, 1 contained cushions and the other everything shown in the photo. Assembly was very easy. I am 5'11 and this is just big enough for me to lay down on with my head supported by the arm. It is on the small side, with a short back. Its no sectional. But it looks good!

The brackets were 1/4” short on the back of the couch so I could not put together(this is very cookie cutter) so if one part is off then the whole thing is off. The sellers customer service sucks they were quick to issue a return tag but they expect you to pay shipping back to them (UPS said it would cost $600 to ship it back) afterwards Amazon was great but the sellers ended up treating me like a thief (I felt like I was under a spot light being cross examined) where’s it broken? Can you send pictures? All a bunch of crap, I don’t make it a habit to do returns but when an item is crap it’s crapUpdate after several days back n forth I was eventually granted a refund

The delivery of the unit sucked!!! I have back problems and live in an apartment. The unit was left in the community area by the mail boxes. No effort was made to announce the delivery or their presence. I had to move the product a piece at a time. This is not the first time this happened. A grade of D minus. Not an F because the couch meets my needs only.

Middle seating piece of the sofa doesn't assemble correctly, leading one of the four corners of the seating area to be tipsy. I've contacted support and am hoping to hear back with a fix, but as of now I cannot recommend this sofa.
