I love Black Canary so much, the story is awesome, the art is beautiful and the characters so good.

It's pretty good.

What a mess of a story. Black Canary has been captured by a ninja death cult. Turns out her mother was a ninja too who mastered a "death punch" that will somehow save their master even though it's a death punch. Makes no sense. Dinah also has a ninja aunt now that she didn't know about. The whole story is a bunch of nonsense.

I just don't understand who thought this was a good idea. This Dinah makes no sense. Its a story about a band, I guess. But also a story about about missing kung-fu move, I guess. Th plot is terrible and the dialogue doesn't fit the character. Is she 17? 24? 35? Readers have no idea. None of these characters matter and its a mess. The art was fine but the issue is with the story as a whole from the writer to the editors. Overall, a trainwreck.
