Thumbs Down Update On The Ensue Digital Air Fryer
First Time Using An Air Fryer. Have Had For About 3 Or 4 Days. I Am Quite Impressed So Far With This Digital Air Fryer. I Have Used It Twice (Chicken Wings & Frozen French Fries) . They Came Out Fine. Especially The Fries. Read Instructions Carefully For Setting Timer And Temp. Remember To Lift Pan A Little, While Placing In The Housing Unit. Built Sturdy And Easy To Operate. Definitely As Good As Those Seen On YouTube. Would Have Given 5 Stars But I Need To See How Well It Holds Up. May Be Purchasing Another One Soon. Based On The Other Review Maybe They Will Lower The Price More. 'Update' The Heating Element Stopped Working After Using The Air Fryer 3 Times. Seemed To Work Fine Up To That Point. I Am Now In The Process Of Requesting A Refund.

Don't buy or you'll by sorry
A piece of junk. Was broken out off the box and came from the factory that way. There is a small plastic stationery button/tab of the bottom of the basket that pulls out. That button turns the machine on and off as the basket is removed or inserted. Since we have no button, the machine won't even come on. You can see where it should be but it was either not molded properly or broken off. If a rating of 0 or -0 was possible, that's what I would have given. Amazon does not take these back and give you a refund so you're stuck. Your money is gone and your machine doesn't work.
