Golden Mean Calipers - Large 12.6" (32cm), Measures From 3.2"-30"

These calipers are truly a work of art - in addition to being useful in measuring the golden mean proportion. These are a great investment. Highly recommend.

I bought these for my wife who is an artist. She told me about them and loves them.

I would have given 5 stars if this came with a box, but the packaging was great and I made the box to fit that. The design is elegant and can be used with one hand squeeze top to open bottom to close. this is not an engineering tool with round points, but an excellent thinking tool.I make a lot of things around the house from wood and metal. It is a right handed world and i'am not. There is this time in the design of the items where you decide what size your new idea should be. This is where the Calipers come in handy. I use the info to maximize the use of the material by deciding where to cut to use both pieces for wood and where to bend with metal for that golden ratio.

Ordered for my husband for bowl turning. He was very happy with it.
