About 30 years, I used this with a middle-aged man who needed a brain boost and he noticed a difference overnight. It’s a free radical quencher.Bacopa monierri has medicinal ingredients called bacosides that help the students learn their information quickly and then recall it faster. There’s nothing better than for a teacher to see the students blurt out answers before you even finish asking the question! It shows that their brain has already connected all the dots to the info on the topic and they can hardly wait to tell you everything they know about it.Even though these are only four of the ingredients in the product, the others are ones I could go on and on about as well for brain function. With brain supplements you want one that contains as many herbs or substances that will help improve brain function. This way their functions will overlap and the boost in function will be greater. I’m very happy with the way this product is put together and will recommend it from now on.

This has been a good supplement for me. It helps me relax at bedtime, and might even help me think more clearly. I take several supplements, though, so it's hard to tell which one does what. I do appreciate that this is soy free, and reasonably priced. I'm a bit surprised to see that the formulation has changed since the last time I ordered, back in March. There is quite the uproar in the comments about the formulation change from people who can't do basic arithmetic. It now has 100 mg of PS in a capsule versus 20 mg in the previous formulation, and has half the number of capsules. So yes, it's a bummer that there are fewer capsules, but each one has 5 times as much of the good stuff. The previous dosage worked well for me, so I guess I'll need to try the new ones and see how they work.

After using this phosphatidylserine for almost two months, I believe that it has helped my focus. I've used the supplement per the directions on the container, i.e., once a day in the morning. I would say that the results have been subtle but perceptible. (I am 78-year-old retired educator and hate it when I can't think of someone's name or when the word I need eludes me.) I appreciate the fact that this product is soy free.

Phosphatidyl Serine from Ezy Absorb is beautifully packaged, and the product matches the joy you feel when you look at the sunflower on the package!They are all natural and seem to be an extremely high quality of sunflower lecithin. I was impressed by the size of the capsule. They were smaller than I thought they would be, but packed a big punch. They were extremely easy to swallow. I already feel like I’m sharper and more alert throughout the day. I don’t get as distracted, and it’s easy to start working and to stay on task.For the price, I thought the 60 capsules was extremely fair. I would definitely reorder this product. I really appreciate that it’s USA made and at an FDA registered facility.

Some time in 2017 the manufacturer reduced the capsule count from 120 to 60 while keeping the price roughly the same. So the price doubled! And they did this in the same listing. So when I reordered I got half as many capsules as expected.So the price is too high now.The only reason I will buy this brand is because I can take a partial dose, by opening the capsule and dumping some out. The product works fine. But with the increase in price I will have to consider going back to Seriphos.OMG I just noticed that each capsule now contains 200 mg phosphatidylserine, whereas before it was 100 mg. Yet the product name and description stayed the same. This is irresponsible and incompetent behavior on the part of the manufacturer. Had I not noticed and taken the higher dosage, it would have spaced me out and left me wondering what was wrong! Who knows how long before I'd discover the change. Incredible!

I'm 71 with a history of getting knocked out a couple of times as a kid and bad migraines as an adult. I've been taking one of these a day for a couple of months. I wasn't expecting much effect as other nootropics haven't helped noticeably, but this one does. My memory is better - I don't forget things I wanted to get done from one day to the next and am remembering names and other info better. I believe I had COVID in late Feb and was left with my head feeling like there was encephalitis with brain fog - this has cleared that finally. It helps a lot with focus, like the kind needed to get my taxes done, which this year were more complicated. I can focus strongly and stay with projects, not just bounce off into something else. I just noticed people are taking 3 a day so I'm going to try increasing my dose. I'm vegan and appreciate this is appropriate for us.

Gave me constant headaches, had to return
