Better than most! Good formulation, easy to swallow
Good balance of immunity boosters, easy to swallow, right levels of nutrients. I used to use Sambucol but found they've changed their formulation so the capsules don't smell or taste right. That prompted me to research alternatives, and I am glad to have discovered this one -- which is a more complete supplement.

Good product, and the box slides open in a satisfying way so I really like how these are packaged

Great presentation for a fairly ordinary array of vitamins
If I were judging these vitamins just on presentation, it would be a five. I’m a sucker for paper engineering and the way the message slip slides out on the left side of the box as you pull the capsule tray out on the right hand side is very smooth and elegant and satisfying. It’s a really great box, that I’ll use for storing something else once these vitamins are gone. A lot of effort has gone into the presentation, for sure. The capsules themselves, however, aren’t anything special. They aren’t bad, certainly, but compared to the elegance of the presentation, they can’t help but be disappointing. They are a dull brown-grey colour. They’re quite chunky, slightly larger than average for capsules I’d say, and quite densely packed so you can’t really squeeze them narrower to make them easier to swallow. There’s a slight bitterness to the coating. They are fine, but not the nicest capsules for someone like me who prefers these capsules to be as small and easy-to-slip-down as possible. The vitamin content is also nothing special. The recommended daily allowances are all satisfied to the 100% level, on a series of comment everyday vitamins (A, B12, iron etc.), plus a couple of slightly more exotic ones- though the elderberry and liquorice seem to be a bit ridiculous when you realise what a miniscule amount of the actual ingredient the dosage is equivalent to. Then there’s excessive amounts of vitamins D3 and C, the 600% and above kind that’s too much for your body to successfully absorb in full, so a lot of it will get flushed out unabsorbed and it all seems somewhat wasteful. They’re ordinary capsules, with a vitamin content that’s mostly very sensible and well balanced, with a couple of exceptions. The presentation is great, but as multivitamins go, you can get better balances for less if you’re willing to miss out on the strangely captivating sliding box.

Impressive ingredients for immune support and to fight fatigue.
These are much better than having to take lots of capsules and tablets every day. I had been taking separate D3, C, B12, zinc and iron every day. Now I just take 1 capsule a day and that gives me everything I had been taking plus a lot more. The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no after taste. I like that the pack is letterbox friendly as I was out when it arrived. I have a lung condition and feel it important to support my immune system all year round, especially now when there are so many respiratory viruses doing the rounds. These capsules give great support to my immune system as well as helping me with fatigue. Nice to see the inclusion of elderberry extract, I know the benefits of that and spend a good part of autumn picking and prepping elderberries. Very impressed by these.

Good supplement though tastes slightly bitter
This supplement contains vital nutrients that support the immune system's function and cell protection. The Nutravita vegan capsule contains 12 key high-quality ingredients, ten of which are active: iron, copper, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, and folate, and some are natural, such as elderberry and liquorice root for immune system function. Another addition to the ingredients is Vitamin C, and Zinc protects cells from oxidative stress. It was created with the appropriate dose to ensure a balanced source of essential nutrients, as the EFSA - European Food Safety Authority advised. The pandemic taught me to prioritise my health above all else. That is why I have learned to take multivitamins to maintain my immune system. However, these capsules are large and a bit difficult to swallow even with water and have a slightly bitter aftertaste so tend to take them more ad hoc than regularly.Overall, it is a high-quality supplement that contains all the necessary nutrients most people might need and good for you if you don't mind the taste.

Quality and made in UK
I like that these vitamin tablets are manufactured, batch tested and certified in the UK. This gives me confidence in their quality. My partner is constantly catching colds and tired so thought we would try these. They contain Vitamin D3 and vitamin C, Iron, Selenium, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, and Zinc. A good range to help support the immune system and tiredness.Easy to swallow but if you can’t you can break them into food.Seems to be working so far after a month.. have purchased more.
