About the size of a Zipo lighter. I can't read Russian, but it ticks and has a blinking red LED light on top of the little unit just in case you are in a noisy environment and can't hear the ticks.

Works right out of the box, tested on a couple mild gamma ray sources. This gave the finishing touch to my school science project and makes a lovely Soviet souvenir to boot!

Cool little device if you love collecting old and vintage items, I love this little Geiger Counter, it works great and looks amazing on my key chain. Keep it for display or wear it everywhere ya go, either works!
