The delivery was quick but coat was not as thick as I thought it would be for the daughter.

Size was not the right fit
The arms in this coat seemed far too small for the rest of the coat . I have returned the item two weeks ago and I am still waiting on a refund .

Item quality was good, but fit came up small for me

coat not as advertised
The coat was not as luxurious as advertised. XXL was too small and the material was very thin and the hood too small. HOWEVER, returning the product was easy and the refund process very good! So top marks to seller contact. ☺️

Too small
It's a shame it was too small for me. Size 16. Can get it on, but can't wear much underneath. Needed a size up. Will give it to another female member of the family.

Nothing like the picture
The fur around the hood is minimal and not fluffy like the photo and the fur inside is nothing like the photo it’s just a simple bit of fleece but it is comfortable

Not what it looks like on picture
I look silly as it airs out and balloons out.It looks cheaply made and keeps moulting.It is warm, not very waterproof and not very fashionable.Would not order again.
