Easy to install

The filter itself was okay, but the air purifying unit, I cannot get any customer service for. The filters are a bit expensive at nearly $30 each. In I have been trying for weeks to contact the company about the filter system because there's a blinking light on it that I cannot get turned off. If you can find a different system to use I would advise doing that. It does seem to work okay and does take odors out of the air. But for the expense that was paid and I am still paying, and you cannot get any customer service? Not so sure it was the best idea.

Have this on auto delivery. It's amazing the dust it picks up. I can always tell when it's time to change - the dust in my house starts to collect on my tables.

I purchased these HEPA Filters for my 2 AirTok Air purifiers. These Filters are light weight, comfortable size to handle and easy to replace every 3 to 6 months. I have an air purifier in my family room and one in my bedroom. I found that after 3 months of use the replacement blinking indicator light came on for the air purifier in my bedroom. When I took the original filter out and checked it, it had a layer of a light colored dust. I have this air purifier very close to the hot/cold air vent to trap the particles of dust sooner. Putting in the new filter was very easy and there are instructions that you can review in the packaging. When replacing your filter don't forget to remove the saran wrapping otherwise your filter won't work properly. The family room filter replacement light also came on the same evening but when I checked the HEPA filter it did not have any layer of dust and felt like nothing had gathered on it. This air purifier is a little further away from the air vent in the family room. I made the decision to keep the original filter in the air purifier in place for continued use. There was no rejection when the air purifier was powered up. These filters appear to be well made. The company was very good about sending me an acknowledgement of my purchase from Amazon and offered instructive information as it relates to cleaning of the filter. I have stocked up to have a few at the ready when I need in the spring and summer months. I am pleased with this product and would recommend.

This filter is easy to replace. Just be sure to follow the directions after inserting it into the air purifier!

Bought extra filter for new air purifier

I bought this on April 13th 2023 and today June 16th, 2023 the Airtok is asking for a filter replacement. False advertising this dont last three months im so annoyed
