No, but they are anti-glare. I agree that the finish helps with the glare, but not sure if they make reading card text any easier, because they aren't as clear as standard sleeves. They also have a hard time staying in a pile without the top cards sliding off. They seem like good quality so far, and they shuffle well.

They are sleeves for standard size cards. No cards.

Q: How well do these fit on arkham horror lcg?

I use them for marvel champions and they work great. Quite confident they are both the same size cards.

Q: I understand this is 63mm but will this snuggly fit 63.5? i'm trying to sleeve the dark souls board game

The inside dimension of these sleeves is about 65.7mm (92.3mm long), so your 63.5mm cards will fit fine.
