Easy to assemble, brings the tool you need as a screwdriver (so you don’d need anything else) and the bottom cushion is nice. I’m a short person and I can touch the floor, which I can’t always do on these kind of chairs. The bad part is that the back is reclinable, but you need a bit of strength to do it. Otherwise, it pushes you forward constantly. Maybe some people like this, but it’s not my style

Perfectly comfortable but with annoying squeaks that even WD40 cannot seem to fix. But would buy it again.

Paid this seat CDN$ 128 not even a year ago. Now it's twice the price (CDN$ 242 which I would absolutely not pay for this chair, BTW). The seat is comfortable, but the back rest is not great. Altough you can adjust the seat's height and angle (not sure why this is) you cannot adjust the back rest angle, only it's depth and height, so in other words, the back rest is always straight up. Also, the huge screw that lets you set the back rest position loosens after a week or two, which is quite frustrating. I put a piece of hard wood to keep it from sliding all the way down, because at my height, it becomes very uncomfortable when the back rest is all the way down. At CDN$ 128 I consider this is OKAY, but it's absolutely not worth it at 242$, IMO.

Une barre à la l'arrière vient se planter dans le dos!Le dossier ne peut pas s'avancer suffisamment près de l'assise.Les accoudoirs sont trop court, ils laissent un espace trop grand avec le dossier.Le vérin du siège est trop petit il ne conviendra pas à tout les bureaux, attention!D'autres siège ont hauteur maximale bien plus haute.Dans les points positifs, le système avec ses 3 pédales est bon (sans être le meilleur) il permet effectivement de mettre le siège en mode bascule, de le bloquer ou de laisser le dossier faire appui sur le dos (fonction qui ne me sert absolument à rien...).

This is a pretty good value chair and seemed comparable (both in design and features) to some other brand name chairs being sold for closer to $300. I suspect it is the same chair and just re-branded and sold for a really fair price under the AmazonCommercial brand name. Lots of adjustability, very comfortable, works good with a variety of body types and sizes. Super happy - based on our research it's about the best $200 chair you'll probably find out there.HOWEVER - as others have said, the box arrived heavily damaged and completely ripped open with the chair parts exposed to the elements will sitting on our porch! Several parts were damaged and cracked and Amazon offered a partial refund since it was all cosmetic damage only. This chair clearly has packing quality problems because many reviewers have complained of damaged boxes and parts. Amazon has a good return/refund policy, so it's still worth the risk I'd say, still a great chair for the price.

If you are short, and can get this on sale for less than $150, it might be a great chair for you. Overall this is a mediocre quality chair, a few nice things and a few disappointments. It should cost about $120, not $250.I'm short and this is the first office chair where I could put my feet on the ground. It is great having a chair that designed for the comfort of someone 6 feet tall. While I'm disappointed in several features, I don't want to give this up just because it fits so well.The good:The seat cushion is wonderful. Just right: both in firmness, support, and fabric.The pneumatic lift (up and down) is fine. It works well.3 adjustment settings all seem to work OK, but there is not much range of adjustment.Overall build quality is not cheap, but not great either (exception is the mesh back which is poor).Super easy to assemble and ships in a surprisingly small and light box.The bad:The adjustable settings work, but lack range. For example, the back (up and own) has limited range.The mesh back is poor: not strong and your back will be resting against the hard plastic (I stuffed a pillow between the mesh and plastic). This may not be a problem is you are very light.The chair does not recline much compared to others. This was not a problem for me as I hate reclining. But you will be disappointed if reclining is important.

Great computer chair. My husband bought his own from the mall as this was already out of stock when he was looking for one but he paid a lot more for something inferior to this one.The only complaint I have is that the mesh seat/cushion can be uncomfortable to seat on with your thighs exposed so you need to put something comfortable on top of it.EDIT: 2 Years later, this chair suddenly decided I'm too heavy and won't hold up anymore lol. I'd prop myself up eye-level to the monitor only to find myself looking up wondering if I'd shrunk because of spending too much time on the computer 10 minutes later. Removed 1 star from my original review but this is still a great chair overall (for the price I got it @130$ in Dec2019)
