The product SUCKS and the seller ain't far behind with that attitude
Can't leave a no star rating or I would. Used the bag for less than a month. The bottom of one of the side pockets seam has already come unraveled. Nothing heavier than travel size toiletries and a small lock. Tried to give the seller the benefit of the doubt and contacted them before writing this review. Was told that:"Sorry to hear that, you already passed 30 days warranty and manufacture won't let us return it, but if you would to purchase any other one we can offer you 20% off. Thank you for you understanding."Seriously? The product SUCKS and the seller ain't far behind with that attitude.

Junk that's not worth the money you paid
Used as a gym bag. The only items carried were hand towels, water bottles, workout gloves and fitness logs. Within 60 days 1 side pocket had already torn across the bottom (and could have cost me a Polar Heart Rate monitor had I not seen it). And the other side pocket started to tear shortly after the first. Outside the 30 day warranty? Too bad.Most certainly not worth the money. Chalk it up to lesson learned, read the reviews first.

Need a personal item bag that holds a bunch of stuff?
Perfect bag for a personal item with any airline. As I am a bigger guy, I wish the shoulder strap was a little longer but I was still able to use it.

Don't bother buying this bag. Only used it a few times and it started to rip in multiple locations. Spend the extra money for a bag made of better material.

It's falling apart.
This product is terrible. It began falling about about a month after getting it. I only use it to carry a change of clothes to the gym and home. The bag has developed a 4'' hole along the zipper on the large compartment. When I purchased it, I thought it had a year warranty, but I guess I was mistaken. Just save you money and get something that will last you longer than a month.
