Good concept poor execution of the product
The lunch box says useful for kids lunches however,it also says it must be kept upright in order that the hot water doesn't spill out. How likely is that you'll be able to maintain it upright especially a child? If they can figure out how to contain the hot water so it doesn't spill like the food portion, this might just be a good product.

Does not close properly
This lunch box turned out to be the worst. There are a few times my child reported the lunch had spilled into the lunch bag. We have tried closing it tightly - but not all four sides lock simultaneously. Would not recommend at all.

El agua caliente no se mantiene adentro , si volteas la de lado comienza a salir.
El agua caliente (si la hechas para que un niño mantenga su comida caliente), si colocas la lonchera de lado se comienza a derramar....para un niño pequeño para la escuela no funciona

it is not leak proof.
Food moves from one side to another. Snap broke, it's only been 1 month since I ordered it.

It is not insulated, it is not thermal, and it is not impermeable.
I returned it because is not what they advertise.Size is very small, maybe fear portion size for a todelr or a small child but not for an adult or older kid, for the two smaller compartments would hardly fit some 5 or 6 grapes eqch or 1/4 of an apple and the bigger one maybe a small hot dog.The top layer has a seal, but the button one where you are supposed to put hot water to help keep food warm does not have a seal so you can not really put water or any liquid in it otherwise it would leak. The lid is very thin and is definitly not insulated nor thermal.
