These scissors were not sharp and could not be used to groom my Scotties or my Westies. The hair bent instead of being removed. They are comfortable and fit well in the hand and are very nicely balanced, but even though purchased new, had not been sharpened properly having not much steel left to repair. I feel that the name of the brand does not stand up as it once did and that the name was all I paid for, as these are not inexpensive.
